Each TeleSquad is a custom group program of 9-16 online sessions over a 1-9 week period for aspiring high school students to build knowledge through skill-based volunteering, build cultural competency through virtual immersion, and deliver real impact through our local team by participating in real-world case studies and professional exchanges.

Health TeleSquads may be scheduled over a 1-9 week period. Our team works with you to customize for your school or class.

During urban and rural clinic days, students have gain exposure to medical Spanish, telemedicine, and in-depth cultural context with our team of experts.

Squads are passionate groups of volunteers who mobilize abroad to create positive change. Each Squad type has a skill-based focus area that support the education, health and economic development objectives of community partners. Faculty choose their dates, duration (typically 1-2 weeks), and their site location from one of our six program countries.
